This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare and distribute Requests for Quotations/Proposals.
• Place and manage purchase orders along with any associated change orders.
• Conduct price analysis and negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, scope, and terms and conditions.
• Oversee daily purchasing activities to ensure that programs receive the necessary materials, goods, and services.
• Generate purchase orders and related documentation in accordance with company policies, contract flow-downs, and work instructions.
• Manage purchase orders after award per company guidelines and work instructions.
• Address medium to high-complexity issues and conflicts in alignment with FAR/DFAR and corporate standards.
• Collaborate with Program, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and other functional teams.
• Investigate products, suppliers, and material options.
• Monitor supplier proposal status and ensure compliance with Raytheon RFPs.
• Support program proposal teams as well as the centralized quoting team.
• Oversee supplier performance and the entire purchase order lifecycle for DoD, FMS, and DCS clients.
• Assist multiple early-stage development initiatives, including R&D, proposal captures, engineering manufacturing and development, and low-rate production.
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain and related systems.
• Background in procurement, production control, materials management, planning, or operations systems.
• Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or eligible to secure necessary export authorizations.
• Proven knowledge of and adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS).
• Experience in leading formal negotiations regarding pricing, scheduling, supplier exceptions, contractual flow-down requirements, and standard terms and conditions.
• Familiarity with supplier performance management.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, engineering documents, and complex statements of work.
• Understanding of EXIM procurements and relevant rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations (ITAR/EAR).
• Familiarity with automation tools.
