Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for overseeing and enhancing the supply chain processes.

• Emphasis on one or more of the following areas: NPI lifecycle management, supplier transition/tooling management, cost analysis, supply continuity resolution, and demand planning initiatives.

• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders along with third-party service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Transportation/Logistics. Candidates with 3-5 years of practical experience in Supply Chain may be considered in lieu of educational qualifications.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Serve as a mentor/manager to fellow team members, exercising influence without formal authority.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze, present, summarize, and make recommendations.

• Proven understanding of interactions involving Materials Requirement Planning, EOQ, MOQ, Safety Stock, and Material Lead Time.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to influence and negotiate with suppliers and team members to achieve intended results.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle supply chain issues and devise innovative solutions.

• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to support informed decision-making in supply chain activities.

• A strong eagerness to learn and keep abreast of industry trends and technologies in supply chain management is essential.

• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Power BI.
