Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive strategic sourcing initiatives, RFPs, and contract negotiations across SaaS, professional services, IT hardware, and various non-product expenditures.

• Handle 30–50 monthly requisitions and manage over 100 annual supplier renewals utilizing Coupa and Omnea.

• Collaborate with Legal and InfoSec to review and amend vendor and company agreements.

• Take charge of procurement reporting and analytics, converting Coupa spend data, cycle times, and savings metrics into executive-level dashboards.

• Work in partnership with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and InfoSec to develop sourcing strategies and category playbooks.

• Create efficient and adaptable procurement processes, steering procurement towards proactive, data-driven category management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in leading end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives.

• Proven track record in negotiating commercial terms for SaaS, services, or hardware agreements.

• Proficient in using Coupa.

• Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and spend reporting capabilities.

• Competence in reviewing and amending vendor agreements in collaboration with legal teams.

• Ability to identify risks and negotiate favorable terms.

• Capability to independently recognize process improvements and proactively manage upcoming renewals.

• Skill in making informed decisions with limited information.

• Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS settings is advantageous.
