Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Contact suppliers to verify the receipt of RFx invitations.

• Guide suppliers through important deadlines.

• Address inquiries related to events.

• Direct technical issues to the account management team.

• Identify suppliers at risk before their participation declines.

• Maintain up-to-date contact records.

• Assist in developing the outreach playbooks for this function.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in phone-based B2B outreach, engaging with companies in English — including supplier follow-up, SDR/BDR roles, B2B collections, recruiting, or customer success.

• Proven experience in sustaining a high volume of daily outbound calls while managing multiple concurrent outreach threads without lapses in follow-up.

• Proficient in conducting hands-on contact research and verification through platforms like LinkedIn, company websites, and other public resources.

• Consistent documentation of outreach activities — recording every interaction, outcome, pending items, and next follow-up actions.

• C1+ English proficiency (CEFR) for engaging in phone conversations with procurement managers and senior executives in the U.S.

• Dependable home office environment with reliable internet and a quiet, professional setting suitable for client-facing calls.

• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours.

• Familiarity with procurement, sourcing, or supply chain contexts (Nice-to-Have).

• Experience utilizing CRM tools or e-sourcing / RFx platforms (Nice-to-Have).

• Background in an early-stage or startup environment where outreach processes were developed rather than inherited (Nice-to-Have).
