Processing Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Managing the daily operations of a small team of processors.

• Keeps an active pipeline and processes loans efficiently.

• Acts as the initial point of contact for escalations on other loan files.

• Aids in the onboarding and training of new processors.

• Supports the AVP in implementing new processes and procedures for the Processing Team.

• Provides support to the processing team when the AVP is unavailable.

• Ensures a high level of customer service by proactively communicating with borrowers and team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in processing Business Purpose (BPL) Loans is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in processing team loans is preferred.

• Proven ability to manage a complex loan pipeline effectively.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in the company’s Loan Origination System and technology platforms.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Keen attention to detail.
