This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects: Create project charters, establish and uphold detailed project plans, oversee milestones and dependencies, and guide teams to successful completion — encompassing both one-time initiatives and annually recurring programs.
• Transform workflows: Evaluate current processes for bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then design and execute solutions that shorten cycle times and enhance operational performance across the organization.
• Maintain precise documentation and governance: Create and uphold SOPs, process flowcharts, and diagrams — collaborating with functional subject matter experts to ensure documentation remains accurate, up-to-date, and practical.
• Drive intentional change: Develop change management strategies, communication plans, and training rollouts that assist cross-functional teams in embracing new processes and frameworks without losing momentum.
• Oversee incident response coordination: Manage communications among internal and external stakeholders during incidents and outages, maintaining escalation protocols and ensuring that the right individuals have the appropriate information at the right time.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, operations, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects from inception to completion, including scope, schedule, risk, budget, and stakeholder communications.
• Previous experience in a third-party administrator, healthcare, or technology-driven organization is strongly preferred.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certification is advantageous.
• Proficiency in project management platforms such as Asana, JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with process modeling and mapping tools like Visio or BPMN.
• Competency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and virtual meeting platforms.
