Process Intelligence Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create and develop automation workflows and AI agents that remove manual tasks across all business processes within the company.

• Seamlessly integrate automations with both internal systems and external tools; must be adept at utilizing APIs, webhooks, and custom logic at a coding level when no-code solutions are insufficient.

• Implement security best practices for managing company data and processes — this role shares responsibility for access control, credential management, and secure data handling.

• Work in collaboration with the Process Intelligence Lead to transform process insights into technical, production-ready solutions.

• Continuously maintain and improve live automations based on practical feedback and performance metrics.

• Document your creations to ensure that others can comprehend, replicate, and enhance them.

• Contribute to the internal AI adoption initiative by developing automations that can serve as templates for other teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, Claude API, OpenAI Agents SDK, OpenRouter, or similar.

• Fluency in English and Spanish: proficient in writing, reading, and conversational skills at a C1 level.

• Expertise in automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable platforms.

• Regular use of AI-assisted development environments — including Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar; you actively build with AI, not just use it as a search tool.

• Ability to work independently and solve problems without a comprehensive guide.

• A keen interest in understanding business operations beyond just system functionality.

• Clear communication skills with both technical colleagues and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong commitment to data privacy and security, recognizing the responsibilities involved in managing company processes and credentials.

• Exhibits patience and persistence when troubleshooting and refining solutions.
