📋 Description

• Acts as the chief architect for re-engineering business processes within the finance and accounting sector.

• Tasked with assessing, designing, and enhancing complete financial workflows.

• Leads efforts in documenting 'As-Is' workflows and crafting improved 'To-Be' processes.

• Employs industry-standard tools to generate comprehensive process maps, swimlane diagrams, and procedural narratives.

• Performs thorough gap analyses between the current operations and the requirements of the future state.

• Champions the modernization of financial workstreams, with a focus on the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.

• Serves as the functional liaison between business needs and ERP setup.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in business process analysis, particularly in Finance and Accounting transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience working with government agencies or large government contractors, possessing extensive knowledge of the regulatory environment.

• Practical, hands-on expertise in the Deltek Costpoint ERP system and its role in government-specific accounting.

• Profound functional understanding of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) as they pertain to government contract cost accounting and reporting.

• Exceptional ability to convert intricate business logic into clear, actionable process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
