Process Assurance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Annex A control inventory, Statement of Applicability (SoA), and the ISMS risk matrix.

• Assist in management review cycles.

• Perform regular analyses comparing ISO/IEC 27001 standards with internal practices.

• Document opportunities for improvement identified through gap analyses.

• Gather, organize, audit, and manage version control of evidence related to controls with relevant leaders and responsible teams.

• Monitor nonconformities and action plans until they are effectively resolved.

• Manage deadlines and follow up with owners of action plans.

• Aid in the preparation and execution of both internal and external audits.

• Ensure the document repository is current, including policies, standards, and procedures.

• Support awareness initiatives and track mandatory training for employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Information Security, Information Systems, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Foundational understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 and information security management systems.

• Capability to track unresolved items, maintain repositories and spreadsheets, and adhere to deadlines.

• Excellent written communication skills in Portuguese for drafting procedures, meeting minutes, policies, and action plans.

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and collaborative documentation tools such as Google Workspace, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar platforms.

• Strong interpersonal abilities and the assertiveness to follow up tactfully and diplomatically with other departments regarding evidence and deadlines.

• Previous hands-on experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), internal auditing, or quality management processes — preferred.

• Experience in the technology or software development (SaaS) sector — preferred.
