Process and Compliance Manager – SAP Data Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring the timely preparation of Data Migration compliance elements and components for each deployment.

• Oversees the development of the migration platform and its components, while also planning and guaranteeing compliance with platform processes.

• Collaborates with NTT DATA's global Quality and Regulatory Assurance leadership to utilize best practices and create a process that maintains compliance for the data migration-as-a-service program at all times.

• Ensures compliance with the established Data Migration Strategy, processes, architecture principles, and technology standards.

• Establishes a Risk Assessment and Management framework, ensuring adherence to guidelines during execution.

• Works in tandem with internal and external auditors, as well as audit coordination teams, to align Data Migration teams with audit planning and support delivery.

• Conducts audits of deployment activities in accordance with the Data Migration Strategy, aligning with the CSV Teams and deployments.

• Acts as a representative for Data Migration services during internal and external audits.

• Responsible for training and preparing Data Migration teams for their roles and support during audits.

• Conducts audits on authorization processes for S/4, eWM, and SAP DS/IS with DM roles.

• Ensures that the SAP DS/IS platform adheres to the client's Information Security standards and requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of compliance experience in CSV, GMP, GAMP 5, V-Model, CAPA, SOPs, and Internal and External Audits.

• Comprehensive understanding of legal impact topics, including FDA regulations and EU Regulations 21 CFR Part 11 & Annex 11 - EU Annex 11.

• Several years of experience in implementing Life Science software programs/projects encompassing IQ, OQ, PQ.

• Extensive project management and Quality Assurance experience.

• Practical experience in monitoring and evaluating systems to ensure compliance with industry and security standards, as well as corporate and regulatory policies.

• Leadership experience in risk assessment, standards and controls, training and communication, and oversight.

• Experience in Data Migration, particularly for S/4 HANA.

• Proficient in SAP SolMan and MS Office and Google Office applications.

• Knowledge and technical expertise in Data Migration tools, primarily SAP BODS Business Objects Data Services, SAP migration cockpit Tools, and Methodology.

• Familiarity with AGILE tools, specifically Jira.

• Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, capable of leading and influencing others.

• Strong organizational, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.

• Proven experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams across various regions globally.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, to effectively exchange information with clients.

• Willingness to travel as necessary based on project or client demands, potentially including occasional domestic or international travel at short notice.

• Desirable: Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or Healthcare sectors.

• Familiarity with onsite-offshore models and experience leading teams of offshore and onsite developers.

• Understanding of compliance requirements within the Life Sciences industry (i.e., GxP, CSV).
