Pro Bono AI Strategy Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with TechnoServe personnel to lead an innovative AI initiative aimed at enhancing Field Impact Innovation.

• Develop AI systems that significantly expand our outreach to farmers and small business proprietors.

• Work alongside TechnoServe’s Senior Executive Leadership, Global Operational Teams, and Technical Experts.

⛳️ Requirements

• AI Proficiency: You are an active user of AI tools and comprehend the intersection between technical potential and operational feasibility.

• Operational Strategist: You have the ability to navigate varied stakeholder environments and transform an ambitious idea into a practical pilot.

• Commitment: You can commit 10–20 hours a week for 3-6 months beginning in July 2026, to a high-priority, pro bono (i.e., unpaid) global initiative.

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
