This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive and reactive engagements related to client onboarding, financial planning, and investor education.
• Guide clients through outreach initiatives and Financial Planning milestones.
• Collaborate with the advisory team to develop and nurture long-term relationships with valued clients.
• Offer comprehensive financial planning services customized to meet clients’ unique needs and objectives.
• Suggest, implement, and assess investment strategies that align with clients’ risk tolerance and financial goals.
• Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that affect investments.
• Support monthly audit reviews with internal stakeholders.
• Work alongside Portfolio Management to facilitate relationship clearance, manage customization, and fulfill client requests.
• Meet with clients in person as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in financial services and client relations.
• Proven knowledge of wealth management strategies, financial planning, tax and income optimization, and estate planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks effectively.
• Proactive self-starter with strong situational awareness and organizational capabilities.
• Outstanding client consultation skills with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
• FINRA Series 65 certification is required.
• FINRA fingerprinting is necessary upon hire.
• CFP designation is preferred.
• Proficient in or capable of quickly learning Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX360, and proprietary recordkeeping systems.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must provide a reliable high-speed wired internet connection and an appropriate home workspace with minimal disruption.
