• Evaluate and analyze investment-related documents, such as financial models, market assessments, and transaction documentation.

• Assist in the development and enhancement of high-quality financial and investment materials.

• Utilize private equity methodologies to assess business opportunities and investment situations.

• Offer structured feedback to enhance analytical precision and clarity.

• Aid in activities related to due diligence, insights on deal sourcing, and investment overviews.

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in private equity, ideally with a leading firm.

• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following domains:

• - Financial modeling

• - Market sizing / Total Addressable Market (TAM) analysis

• - Investment memorandums and analytical summaries

• - Creation of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIM) and due diligence

• - Review of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and legal documents

• - Deal sourcing and pipeline management
