This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, executives, and entrepreneurs in targeted markets — leveraging your existing connections, referral sources, and strategic outreach.
• Represent Flight Club at exclusive events, charity galas, real estate gatherings, yacht shows, and luxury lifestyle activations where ideal clients are present.
• Transform qualified inbound leads generated by our marketing team into enrolled Flight Club members.
• Conduct consultative discovery discussions that reveal a prospect's travel habits, lifestyle preferences, and aviation requirements — subsequently positioning Flight Club as the optimal solution.
• Assist prospects through the Flight Balance funding process with complete transparency — no pressure, no hidden terms, no unexpected surprises.
• Clearly communicate the comprehensive Flight Club value proposition: invitation-only access, tail-specific aircraft selection, Mechanical Recovery Guarantee, curated one-way flights, and a luxury lifestyle partner network that many clients are unaware of.
• Act as the primary contact for each member in your portfolio — responsive, proactive, and relationship-focused.
• Introduce members to Flight Club's lifestyle partner network — including private clubs, villas, yachts, bespoke concierge services, and exclusive events — before they need to inquire.
• Generate referrals through an exceptional member experience that speaks volumes.
• Manage your HubSpot CRM pipeline meticulously — ensuring every action is logged, every follow-up is timely, and every opportunity is monitored.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, activations, and member events.
• Participate in the launch of Flight Club's member travel program — curated group experiences for members traveling together.
• Over 5 years of experience in a high-performance sales position - luxury, real estate, wealth management, hospitality, or executive services.
• Established network of high-net-worth contacts who utilize private flight services — including family offices, executives, real estate leaders, or wealth advisors.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
• Experience in building relationships with affluent or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• A natural consultative selling approach — prioritizing listening before pitching.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without a script.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Highly Preferred: Previous experience in part 135 aviation, charter, or private jet brokerage.
• A passion for aviation, travel, and the luxury lifestyle sector.
• Base salary plus uncapped commission — as your book expands, so does your income, with no limits.
