This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, executives, and entrepreneurs across targeted markets — utilizing your existing network, referral channels, and strategic outreach.
• Represent Flight Club at exclusive events, charity galas, real estate gatherings, yacht shows, and luxury lifestyle activations where your ideal clientele congregate.
• Convert qualified inbound leads generated by our marketing team into enrolled Flight Club members.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover a prospect's travel patterns, lifestyle priorities, and aviation requirements — positioning Flight Club as the ideal solution.
• Assist prospects in navigating the Flight Balance funding process with full transparency — no pressure, no hidden terms, no surprises.
• Clearly communicate the complete Flight Club value proposition: invitation-only access, tail-specific aircraft selection, Mechanical Recovery Guarantee, curated one-way flights, and a luxury lifestyle partner network that many clients may not be aware of.
• Act as the primary contact for every member in your portfolio — being responsive, proactive, and prioritizing relationship-building.
• Introduce members to Flight Club's network of lifestyle partners — private clubs, villas, yachts, bespoke concierge services, and exclusive events — before they even have to inquire.
• Foster a referral pipeline through a member experience that speaks for itself.
• Manage your HubSpot CRM pipeline meticulously — logging every activity, timing every follow-up, and tracking every opportunity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, activations, and member events.
• Participate in the launch of Flight Club's member travel program — creating curated group experiences for members traveling together.
• 5+ years of experience in a high-performance sales role - luxury, real estate, wealth management, hospitality, or executive services.
• An established network of high-net-worth contacts who fly privately — including family offices, executives, real estate principals, or wealth advisors.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
• Experience in building relationships with affluent or ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
• A natural consultative selling style — you prioritize listening before pitching.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• A self-starter who is comfortable working without a script.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Highly Preferred: Prior experience in part 135 aviation, charter, or private jet brokerage.
• A passion for aviation, travel, and the luxury lifestyle sector.
