This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, executives, and entrepreneurs within targeted markets — leveraging your existing network, referral sources, and strategic outreach.
• Represent Flight Club at exclusive events, charity galas, real estate functions, yacht exhibitions, and luxury lifestyle activations where your ideal clientele congregates.
• Transform qualified inbound inquiries generated by our marketing team into enrolled members of Flight Club.
• Conduct consultative discovery discussions that reveal a prospect's travel habits, lifestyle preferences, and aviation requirements — subsequently positioning Flight Club as the premier solution.
• Assist prospects throughout the Flight Balance funding process with full transparency — ensuring no pressure, no hidden terms, and no unexpected surprises.
• Clearly communicate the comprehensive value proposition of Flight Club: invitation-only access, tailored aircraft selection, Mechanical Recovery Guarantee, curated one-way flights, and a network of luxury lifestyle partners that many clients may not be aware of.
• Act as the main point of contact for every member in your portfolio — ensuring responsiveness, proactivity, and a relationship-first approach.
• Introduce members to Flight Club's lifestyle partner network — including private clubs, villas, yachts, bespoke concierge services, and exclusive events — before they even have to inquire.
• Foster a referral pipeline through an exceptional member experience that speaks for itself.
• Maintain your HubSpot CRM pipeline meticulously — logging every activity, timing each follow-up, and tracking every opportunity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, activations, and member events.
• Contribute to the launch of Flight Club's member travel program — orchestrating curated group experiences for members traveling together.
• A minimum of 5 years in a high-performance sales position - ideally within luxury, real estate, wealth management, hospitality, or executive services.
• An established network of high-net-worth contacts who utilize private flights — including family offices, executives, real estate leaders, or wealth advisors.
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing revenue targets.
• Experience in nurturing relationships with affluent or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• A natural consultative selling approach — prioritizing listening before pitching.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• A self-motivated individual comfortable working independently without a script.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot is preferred).
• Highly Preferred: Previous experience in part 135 aviation, charter services, or private jet brokerage.
• A strong passion for aviation, travel, and the luxury lifestyle sector.
