This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, executives, and entrepreneurs within target markets using your current network, referral sources, and strategic outreach.
• Represent Flight Club at exclusive events, charity galas, real estate gatherings, yacht shows, and luxury lifestyle activations where your target clients are present.
• Transform qualified inbound leads generated by our marketing team into enrolled members of Flight Club.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover a prospect's travel habits, lifestyle priorities, and aviation requirements, positioning Flight Club as the optimal solution.
• Assist prospects throughout the Flight Balance funding process with complete transparency — ensuring no pressure, no hidden terms, and no unexpected surprises.
• Clearly communicate the comprehensive Flight Club value proposition: exclusive invitation-only access, tailored aircraft selection, Mechanical Recovery Guarantee, curated one-way flights, and a luxury lifestyle partner network that many clients may not be aware of.
• Act as the main point of contact for each member in your portfolio — being responsive, proactive, and prioritizing relationships.
• Introduce members to Flight Club's lifestyle partner network, including private clubs, villas, yachts, bespoke concierge services, and exclusive events, without them needing to request it.
• Foster a referral pipeline through a member experience that speaks for itself.
• Manage your HubSpot CRM pipeline meticulously — logging every activity, timing every follow-up, and tracking every opportunity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, activations, and member events.
• Assist in the launch of Flight Club's member travel program, offering curated group experiences for members traveling together.
• A minimum of 5 years in a high-performance sales position, such as luxury, real estate, wealth management, hospitality, or executive services.
• An existing network of high-net-worth contacts who utilize private aviation, including family offices, executives, real estate leaders, or wealth advisors.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
• Experience in building relationships with affluent or ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
• A natural consultative selling approach — prioritizing listening before pitching.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A self-motivated individual who is comfortable working without a script.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Previous experience in part 135 aviation, charter, or private jet brokerage is highly preferred.
• A genuine passion for aviation, travel, and the luxury lifestyle sector is highly preferred.
