This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Perform surveillance on Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance claims.
• Gather factual information through ethical and professional investigative methods.
• Travel to various locations for investigations, utilizing driving, walking, or public transportation.
• Maintain visual concentration during prolonged surveillance activities.
• Navigate through urban, rural, and indoor settings.
• Analyze and break down detailed reports and police documentation.
• Compose thorough surveillance reports in accordance with Company Standards.
• Review video footage for accurate report preparation.
• Covertly observe subjects without being noticed.
• Search for, locate, and leverage social media throughout the investigation process.
• Respond swiftly and exercise sound judgment in surveillance situations.
• Must be at least 18 years old, unless specified otherwise by State Licensing Laws.
• An associate degree or relevant field experience is preferred.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• A clean driving record is required.
• Willingness to obtain investigator licensing within your home state is essential.
• Must be diligent.
• Capability to remain in a vehicle or other stationary positions for up to 12 hours daily.
• Ability to travel to various investigation sites.
• Proficiency in navigating urban, rural, and indoor environments.
• Skill in reviewing and analyzing comprehensive reports and police records.
• Competence in writing detailed surveillance reports in line with Company Standards.
• Ability to review video footage for preparation of reports.
• Skill in covertly documenting subjects without detection.
• Proficiency in searching for, locating, and utilizing social media.
• Quick reaction time and sound judgment are required.
• Knowledge of pretexting is preferred.
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
