This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as an escalation point for Analysts; offer guidance and document intricate resolutions
• Oversee project implementations, including scheduling, vendor management, and quality assurance
• Counsel clients on best practices for configuration and emerging technologies
• Execute quality assurance processes on projects, tasks, and service requests
• Investigate and resolve complex issues related to client infrastructure, endpoints, and applications
• Identify weaknesses in products, services, and processes, and suggest improvements
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles for complex and escalated issues
• Deliver thorough and precise documentation for service requests and projects throughout all phases
• Mentor Analysts and support their technical growth through the Navanta Mentorship Program
• Engage actively in team standups, knowledge sharing sessions, and retrospectives
• 2-4 years of experience in a technical support setting
• Proven expertise in relevant operating systems, productivity tools, and core infrastructure technologies
• Preferred relevant intermediate certifications or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous
