This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Enhance awareness of H&P's services and solutions by proactively reaching out to potential clients and intermediary partners.
• Conduct research and prepare impactful meetings with potential introducers, intermediary partners, and client prospects/leads.
• Offer expert guidance on residency and citizenship planning to assist clients in achieving their goals.
• Qualify prospects and perform initial due diligence checks to evaluate suitability and mitigate operational risks.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) to ensure a world-class client experience throughout the sales process.
• Achieve a high conversion rate of sales leads into H&P clients.
• Meet and surpass annual sales targets for designated jurisdictions.
• Actively enhance the existing contact database to uncover new opportunities for value creation.
• Maintain a comprehensive level of industry and program knowledge to engage in meaningful discussions with prospects.
• Keep detailed and effective records of prospect and customer interactions using our CRM system.
• Represent H&P positively and uphold our brand at industry events and conferences.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or related fields.
• Master’s or advanced degrees will be considered an advantage.
• Over 3 years of customer-facing sales experience in investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, luxury real estate, or recruitment.
• Knowledge and experience with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) are highly valued.
• Multilingual skills and territory-specific experience are considered a plus.
• Exceptional communication abilities to engage with industry stakeholders – full professional proficiency in English and Japanese is required.
• Collaborative mindset to build positive relationships and influence others.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, including tact and diplomacy.
• Robust research and strategic analysis abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Capacity to gather data and provide accurate client analysis for customized solutions.
