Privacy Analyst, AI Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily operations of Ford’s AI intake and assessment process, ensuring that internal teams adhere to established protocols for identifying and mitigating AI-related risks.

• Oversee and update the enterprise AI risk assessment inventory, guaranteeing that all documentation is thorough and current.

• Direct the tracking and reporting of AI governance workflows, pinpointing bottlenecks and spearheading initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our risk assessment cycles.

• Employ GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools, such as OneTrust, to track compliance with internal AI policies and external regulatory standards, delivering data-driven insights to leadership.

• Act as a central coordinator among GDIA (Global Data Insight & Analytics), Legal, and Privacy teams, converting complex governance requirements into actionable and operational tasks for technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of pertinent experience in project management, data governance, and/or legal operations.

• Proven ability to manage intricate operational workflows and support adherence to technical processes.

• Experience in maintaining comprehensive documentation, inventories, or audit-ready records within a large organization.

• Expertise in OneTrust, including experience in configuring assessment templates and intake logic.

• Familiarity with new technologies, along with a fundamental grasp of AI/ML concepts.

• Additionally, you may have...

• Professional certifications such as CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional), AIGP (Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional), CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional), or other AI governance credentials.

• Direct experience with AI-specific frameworks (e.g., NIST AI Risk Management Framework, the EU AI Act, etc.) and an understanding of risks associated with AI deployment.

• Proven track record in developing or refining enterprise governance workflows within a global, multi-functional organization.

• A proactive and analytical mindset, focused on continuous process improvement and operational excellence in the "Responsible AI" domain.

• A genuine curiosity about the transformative potential of AI in our world.
