This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Collaborate and provide mentorship within Geosyntec’s coastal practice.
• Expand the coastal practice by fostering client relationships and pursuing business development opportunities.
• Ensure client satisfaction while meeting project profitability targets and objectives.
• Offer leadership and direction to coastal engineering managers and their teams.
• Manage tasks and projects, which include coastal engineering investigations and planning activities.
• Create work plans, analyze data, and compose reports.
• Prepare for and engage in client meetings.
• Travel to client sites or company project locations as necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree in civil, coastal, environmental, or geotechnical engineering, or a related field with a focus on coastal or water resources. (required)
• A minimum of 10 years (15+ preferred) of directly relevant experience in a consulting setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
• Proven experience in business development and project management. (required)
• Experience in overseeing mid-sized to large-scale, multi-phase coastal engineering projects. (required)
• Expertise in providing technical guidance and supervising staff for field studies, hydraulic/hydrodynamic modeling, engineering analysis, report writing, permitting, construction document preparation, and construction oversight.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean driving record for business travel. (required)
