This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement vendor management strategies that align with Autodesk’s enterprise objectives, emphasizing resilience, service quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee a strategic portfolio of suppliers encompassing network, data center, storage, telecom, and infrastructure-related services.
• Lead supplier governance activities through business reviews, performance assessments, contract renewals, and engagement at the executive level.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, sourcing, legal, finance, security, and business stakeholders on supplier selection, RFx processes, requirements gathering, and commercial assessments.
• Track supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and contractual obligations, facilitating issue resolution and promoting continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with suppliers, including operational, commercial, supply chain, service continuity, and compliance risks.
• Deliver commercial value by conducting pricing reviews, benchmarking, optimizing contracts, and negotiating favorable business terms.
• Cultivate strong internal and external relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and a strategic contact for key suppliers.
• Contribute to advancing Autodesk’s Vendor Management function by enhancing governance, processes, reporting, and operational models.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Technology Vendor Management to strengthen governance of infrastructure suppliers and improve the selection, measurement, and management processes across the enterprise.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for supplier performance, service delivery, issue management, and stakeholder communication within assigned categories.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in vendor or supplier management within technology or infrastructure contexts.
• Proven experience managing complex supplier portfolios in areas such as network, telecom, data center, storage, infrastructure hardware, or related services.
• Demonstrated success in managing strategic and enterprise-level suppliers in global settings.
• Strong commercial insight, including familiarity with contract structures, service agreements, pricing models, renewals, and vendor negotiations.
• Experience in establishing and managing supplier governance frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, business reviews, and escalation protocols.
• Excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills, capable of engaging credibly with senior stakeholders and supplier executives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results without direct authority.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
