
Principal Vascular Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Deliver comprehensive technical assistance for vascular products and procedures to physicians, nurses, and technicians.
• Offer clinical and technical guidance and education regarding vascular disease therapies.
• Inform customers about the clinical outcomes and effectiveness of the vascular product range.
• Conduct visits to hospitals and clinics to support vascular sales, service, and educational goals.
• Provide individualized training, in-service educational programs, and support for conferences.
• Collaborate with clinical managers, district sales managers, and sales representatives to assist physicians and staff with case and technical support.
• Contribute to district, area, and sales strategies along with business plans.
• Manage inventory support, perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and enhance inventory across accounts.
• Secure signed Consignment Agreements and Inventory Schedules.
• Advise on and monitor inventory levels based on customer segmentation and pricing and contract strategies.
• Oversee Phase-In and Phase-Out activities for product introductions.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, customers, staff, and administrators.
• Seek leads, evaluate customer requirements, offer product services, and address customer objections.
• Relay customer feedback regarding new or modified products to sales representatives.
• Collaborate with sales teams and vascular field technicians on inventory management projects.
• Travel domestically over 50% using automobile, plane, or other means of transportation.
• Work in Cath Labs and fulfill vendor credentialing requirements.
• High school diploma with 11+ years of experience, OR an associate degree with 9+ years, OR a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years.
• Background in healthcare, field sales support, personnel and performance management, project management, or roles involving complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing.
• In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device sector.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to foster and maintain positive relationships across various organizational levels.
• Strong project management experience and skills in coordinating programs.
• Ability to manage and engage in multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment while adhering to deadlines.
• Strong work ethic.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel domestically over 50%.
• Capability to lift and carry 20 pounds and to sit, stand, and walk for 6–8 hours daily.
• Competence in operating a moving vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and an active vehicle insurance policy.
• Driving record will be evaluated.
• Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment.
• Ability to work in Cath Labs and obtain vendor credentialing.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and throughout employment for positions below the Principal level.
