This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the gathering of requirements, solution design, prototyping, and execution of Kyriba Treasury Management solutions.
• Direct and assist implementation initiatives in areas such as Cash Management & Forecasting, Liquidity Planning, Payments & Payments Factory, Bank Reconciliation, Cash Accounting/GL Reconciliation, Deal Capture, Hedge Accounting, Treasury Risk Management, FX Management, and Market Data Integrations.
• Supervise statement integration, payments configuration, treasury workflows, and enterprise treasury processes.
• Design and facilitate treasury integrations between Kyriba, banking institutions, and enterprise applications including Oracle, Workday, SAP, NetSuite, FIS, and related ERP ecosystems.
• Assist in bank connectivity efforts using SWIFT, EBICS, APIs, VPN, FTP/SFTP, MQHA, flat files, and other relevant transmission protocols.
• Develop and troubleshoot treasury integrations utilizing ISO 20022, BAI2, CAMT, TWIST, EDI payment, and reporting formats.
• Conduct requirements gathering, design sessions, workshops, fit-gap analysis, and treasury process reviews with business and technical stakeholders.
• Understand customer treasury needs and business goals, recommending best-practice solutions that align with client objectives.
• Generate functional specifications and implementation documentation for technical and delivery teams.
• Formulate testing strategies, test scenarios, and test scripts to ensure implementation and production readiness.
• Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to treasury, payments, reconciliation, cash positioning, and integrations.
• Participate in the implementation lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Share treasury and Kyriba best practices with clients and internal delivery teams.
• Build and maintain effective relationships through individual interactions, workshops, and executive stakeholder meetings.
• Act as a key liaison among treasury stakeholders, business users, banking partners, ERP teams, technical teams, and project leadership.
• Mentor and guide consultants, share knowledge, and support the growth of the internal Treasury Practice.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, estimations, solution discussions, demos, and the creation of Statements of Work (SOW).
• Take accountability for significant project deliverables and ensuring successful client outcomes.
• Coordinate projects and provide leadership across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting Kyriba Treasury Management solutions.
• Experience leading at least one full lifecycle Kyriba Treasury implementation.
• Extensive knowledge in Treasury Operations, Cash Management & Forecasting, Payments & Payments Factory, Liquidity Planning, Bank Connectivity, Cash Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Treasury Risk & FX Management.
• Proficiency in supporting bank integrations using SWIFT, EBICS, SFTP, APIs, VPN, MQHA, and related treasury connectivity models.
• Familiarity with payment and statement reporting formats, including ISO 20022, BAI2, CAMT, TWIST, EDI, flat files, and APIs.
• Experience in integrating Kyriba with ERP and enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, FIS, and similar systems.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings and conduct workshops with treasury, accounting, finance, IT, and executive stakeholders, influencing outcomes effectively.
• Experience in leading and mentoring consultants during treasury implementations.
• Ability to troubleshoot treasury data, payment failures, reconciliation issues, connectivity, and integration challenges.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact with personnel at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical skills coupled with problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate ambiguity in complex client environments.
• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a team environment and independently to complete work activities.
• Proven history of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is preferred.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Salesforce, or related project delivery tools is preferred.
• A self-starter with a strong initiative and the ability to contribute beyond assigned tasks.
• Platinum Kyriba Certification is highly preferred.
• SWIFT Corporate Treasury Management Specialist certification is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, particularly during peak project times.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required.
• You may reside anywhere within the contiguous United States, provided you have access to a major airport.
• Must be legally able to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• At least 8 years of consulting or relevant professional experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or technology is required.
• Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or EAD only; no sponsorship is available.
