This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Spearhead the creation of strategic frameworks, operating models, governance structures, and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational clarity to facilitate scalable execution and promote better business engagement within the Data organization.
• Develop and oversee portfolio-level planning and execution processes for strategic Data initiatives, ensuring that priorities, dependencies, risks, milestones, and measurable outcomes are aligned.
• Evaluate existing operational practices and suggest enhancements based on industry benchmarks, contemporary delivery methodologies, and best practices in organizational transformation.
• Create governance structures, operational cadences, and decision-making frameworks that foster scalable execution of Global Data initiatives.
• Collaborate with Global Data leadership to enhance delivery maturity, execution predictability, and operational efficiency as the organization transitions to a product-oriented operating model.
• Promote visibility, accountability, and alignment at the portfolio level across strategic initiatives, addressing priorities, dependencies, risks, and outcomes in collaboration with the Data Program team and organizational leadership.
• Work alongside the Data Program to facilitate the execution of complex, cross-functional Data initiatives by establishing delivery frameworks, governance systems, and operational rhythms that enhance transparency, accountability, and predictability.
• Assist in defining delivery governance standards, decision-making frameworks, escalation paths, and operational rhythms that enable scalable execution.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine delivery and operational models that boost organizational effectiveness and execution maturity.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration or management, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related experience; MBA, PMP, CBAP preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading transformation efforts, including enterprise, operational model, process modernization, and change initiatives.
• Proven experience in directing corporate, business unit, and/or product strategy.
• Capacity to adapt quickly while bringing stakeholders and customers along.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence others without authority.
• A proactive and strategic problem-solver who identifies opportunities independently rather than waiting for requirements to be defined.
• Leadership experience (direct management) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• This role qualifies for participation in an annual incentive program.
