Principal Technical Architect – German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversees the implementation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for clients utilizing purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.

• Serves as a senior team member assisting clients with managing initial access, mapping, transferring data, creating process documentation, and training or coordinating training for client users.

• Addresses complex client issues as they arise.

• Develops dynamic solutions using Salesforce declarative automation and data integrity tools when configuring or extending nCino, while effectively communicating trade-offs.

• Plays a significant role in fit/gap analysis and provides detailed Level of Effort (LOE) for all configuration and customization options based on practical experience or proof of concept (POC).

• Aids in proactively preventing potential downstream design issues with a comprehensive understanding of the nCino data model, intended functionality, and automation points.

• Capable of resolving non-PDI technical issues.

• Offers holistic solutions for user experience (UX) and application security using nCino and Salesforce tools to ensure optimal performance.

• Understands and articulates the value of strategy, Application Programming Interface (APIs), and best practices for versioning, deployment, and release management.

• Possesses knowledge of common integrations, tools used, impacts of nCino, and APIs, with specialization in a specific area.

• Fosters cross-team collaboration aimed at delivering product configurations for end-users.

• Promotes continuous learning and is capable of defining a personalized continuous learning path that supports career development.

• Utilizes AI tools and techniques to boost work efficiency and enhance business operations by automating routine tasks, improving accuracy, saving time, and reducing errors. Applies AI-driven insights to refine decision-making, elevate customer experience, and increase team productivity while ensuring measurable value, fostering innovation, and promoting smarter work methods. Remains updated on AI advancements to facilitate continuous learning and scalable growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience/proficiency with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with a Master’s/Advanced degree; or equivalent work experience (as applicable).

• Salesforce Administrator certification, or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of employment.

• Salesforce App Builder certification, or the ability to obtain it within 12 months of employment.

• Salesforce Data, Sharing and Visibility, Development Lifecycle and Deployment, or Integration Architect certification(s), or the ability to obtain one within 24 months of employment.

• Experience in declarative automation/tooling solutions.

• Proficient in data management modeling, querying (SQL, SOQL, SOSL), conversion, and integration using commonly used middleware tools in the industry.

• Familiarity with Agile project methodology and/or Enterprise project life cycle(s) and associated tools.

• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud/Sales Cloud or core Salesforce CRM objects.

• Fluent in German.
