Principal, Systems Integrator Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Articulates the vision, operational model, and engagement framework for partnerships with Systems Integrators.

• Determines which Systems Integrators are most essential, their significance, and their contribution to T-Mobile’s enterprise growth strategy.

• Develops and enhances strategic relationships with key Systems Integrators to foster enterprise growth and increase market presence.

• Creates consistent onboarding, enablement, and collaboration processes.

• Collaborates across departments including Sales, Product, IT, Legal, and Finance.

• Enhances enterprise preparedness by providing guidance to leadership on channel strategies.

• Sets up metrics and reporting systems to assess partnership performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Required).

• Master's/Advanced Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Preferred).

• 7-10 years of experience in building and managing strategic partnerships, alliances, or enterprise go-to-market functions.

• 4-7 years of experience leading cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, IT, Legal, and Finance teams.

• 4-7 years of experience advising executive leadership on channel strategy and ensuring enterprise readiness.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
