This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Carry out procurement activities, including the preparation of RFPs (Request for Proposals), negotiation with suppliers, analysis of costs, and management of purchase orders.

• Address client inquiries concerning order statuses, modifications, or cancellations.

• Oversee sourcing initiatives to acquire goods, materials, supplies, and services.

• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with contracts.

• Compile and assess price proposals, financial reports, and procurement metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of pertinent experience, or an advanced degree in a related field combined with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience using SAP procurement software or comparable ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

• At least 3 years of experience overseeing end-to-end procurement processes.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
