This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals for new business opportunities, encompassing spares, repairs, and modernization across various clients.

• Collaborate with functional program team members to comprehend, guide, and support the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

• Coordinate with Portfolio Directors, Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure successful contract execution.

• Identify, mitigate, and resolve contractual challenges.

• Confirm that negotiated terms and conditions adhere to company policies.

• Offer guidance on contractual and business matters, rights and obligations, as well as the mitigation of contractual and programmatic risks.

• Build and sustain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Engage with customers concerning correspondence, contractual amendments, and contractual issues.

• Oversee contracts and directly interface with program leadership.

• Assist in the development and production-focused contracts for domestic, FMS, and subcontractor needs.

• Contribute to business management reviews, including quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) assessments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.

• Proven experience in contracts management, program management, business management, finance, supply chain processes, and/or procurement.

• Familiarity with contracts, terms and conditions, RFPs, RFQs, FAR, DFARS, or similar agreements.

• Experience in negotiating, executing, and managing various contractual aspects and agreements, including Proprietary Information Agreements.

• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements.

• Ability to apply analysis and critical thinking in solving complex problems.

• Understanding of financial dimensions of contracts and risk assessment.

• Experience with intellectual property, licensing agreements, or teaming agreements.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• An active and existing DoD Secret security clearance is required from day one.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.

• Candidates may need to satisfy U.S. Person or immigration status requirements.
