Principal Software Engineer

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering with proven expertise in data platforms or distributed systems engineering.

• Strong foundation in data lakehouse technologies (such as Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, or similar), streaming infrastructure (including Apache Kafka, Apache Pulsar, or similar), and cloud-native data platforms (like Databricks, AWS, or similar).

• Proven ability to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions in complex, multi-product environments.

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a history of guiding teams through architectural transformations.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
