This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of quality results for the Reporting/BI domain across various scrum teams.
• Develop a comprehensive test strategy and coverage standards for reporting features across the platform.
• Create and maintain a framework for test conditions based on user stories.
• Be accountable for defect resolution within the domain.
• Represent quality during quarterly planning, release governance meetings, and cross-team sprint ceremonies.
• Oversee the SQL and PL/SQL validation architecture for the Reporting/BI domain.
• Establish and manage the strategy for ensuring data accuracy through testing.
• Lead the validation process for changes in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Set high standards for the quality of defect evidence.
• Manage query performance benchmarking as a key quality checkpoint at the platform level.
• Define and uphold the standards for end-to-end report output fidelity on the CEM platform.
• Establish the validation framework for Logi Analytics (Logi Symphony) implementations.
• Develop and oversee the strategy for adopting AI tools within the QA & Standards organization.
• Manage investment strategies in automation for the Reporting/BI domain.
• Define the security testing standards for the Reporting/BI domain.
• Engage in the design and architecture phases to pinpoint security-sensitive areas in new reporting features.
• Collaborate as an engineering peer with Lead Engineers and Engineering Managers.
• Provide mentorship and foster talent development among Senior and Lead Quality Engineers.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience in software quality engineering within enterprise SaaS environments.
• A proven history of owning quality outcomes at the platform or product level.
• Expert-level proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Extensive experience managing test strategy for reporting or BI systems.
• Demonstrated capability in defining and governing test strategies at the domain level.
• An established practice in AI tooling within quality engineering.
• Strong expertise in C# and .NET testing frameworks.
• Proven ownership of security testing processes.
• Expert command of JIRA and Xray tools.
• Experience representing quality in PI planning, release governance, and cross-functional architectural discussions.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring Senior and Lead Quality Engineers.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of experience.
