Principal Software Architect – Emerging Technologies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the generator-verifier architecture — the process in which generator agents create changes and verifier agents confirm their validity.

• Establish agent orchestration patterns — incorporating secure state and credential management.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD for a high volume of autonomous pull requests.

• Implement eval-driven development as the standard practice.

• Manage the security boundary — a clear mapping from NIST controls to pipeline guardrails.

• Act as the ultimate human accountability checkpoint — no code produced by agents will be deployed in production without thorough review by senior personnel.

• Set the engineering standards adopted by all teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in architecting systems at scale with responsibility for results.

• Background in distributed systems, CI/CD, and developer platforms where your design choices had considerable operational impacts.

• Profound expertise in CI/CD and developer platforms.

• Practical experience with operating LLM agents in production environments, including orchestration, tool utilization, sandboxing, evaluation, and identifying failure modes at scale.

• Expertise in security architecture.

• A proven history of establishing standards that have been adopted by others.

• Capability to serve as an accountability gate without becoming a bottleneck.
