Principal Scientist, ADME/PK

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement ADME/PK strategies for pre-targeted therapeutics that include both biologics and small molecules.

• Lead the PK/PD and biodistribution strategies to enhance platform validation and support pipeline initiatives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in chemistry, protein engineering, bioanalytical, and pharmacology/toxicology to improve delivery efficiency and exposure.

• Act as the expert on PK for pre-targeting systems and therapeutics enabled by click chemistry.

• Design, analyze, and interpret studies on PK, biodistribution, and mass balance across various technology components to inform therapeutic design, validation, and development.

• Create and utilize PK/PD and mechanistic models to forecast human dosing and scheduling.

• Present findings and strategies to leadership, investors, and external partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioengineering, or a relevant field.

• A minimum of 4 years of industry experience in ADME/PK (biotech/pharma), with a focus on ADME/PK leadership in therapeutic projects.

• In-depth knowledge of PK related to biologics and/or targeted delivery systems (such as ADCs, radioconjugates, and bispecifics).

• Significant experience in the design and interpretation of in vivo PK and biodistribution studies.

• Proven expertise in QSP and PK/PD modeling.

• Familiarity with modeling tools (e.g., Phoenix WinNonlin, NONMEM, Monolix, MATLAB, or equivalent).
