Principal Ruby Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Sustain and improve TableCheck's primary monolith application

• Conduct code reviews and manage production releases

• Collaborate directly with our CTO to establish priorities

• Actively engage with stakeholders, mainly in Product and Sales

• Develop clear and concise documentation

• Collaborate and coordinate with engineers from other teams

• Mentor and assist fellow engineers as the team expands

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails

• More than 5 years of experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL

• Proficient in business-level English

• Japanese language skills are not required, but are considered advantageous
