• Defining and overseeing the comprehensive Quality Engineering strategy.

• Developing scalable automated testing methodologies across various teams and services.

• Leading quality initiatives for intricate operational workflows from start to finish.

• Establishing contemporary CI/CD quality benchmarks and practices to enhance release confidence.

• Collaborating with engineers and architects to enhance system reliability and testability.

• Spearheading quality initiatives focusing on observability, automation, and process enhancement.

• Producing documentation, training, and enablement resources for engineering teams.

• Mentoring and nurturing a small Quality Engineering team.

• Serving as a quality advocate within Core Engineering.

• Extensive experience in leading Quality Engineering or Test Automation projects in modern software environments.

• Practical experience in .NET / C# ecosystems.

• In-depth understanding of automated testing frameworks and strategies, including integration, API, contract, and end-to-end testing.

• Experience in distributed, event-driven, or microservices-based architectures.

• Knowledge of tools and frameworks such as xUnit, Playwright, Testcontainers, Pact, or similar technologies.

• Experience in testing asynchronous workflows and messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines, automation-first environments, and release quality practices.

• Proven experience in validating database integrations and handling complex backend workflows.

• Capability to influence engineering culture and promote quality best practices across teams.

• Comfortable working in highly collaborative, fast-paced engineering environments.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is advantageous.
