Principal Program Manager – Strategy Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee various intricate, cross-functional programs that further Prescryptive's strategic goals, from initial planning to successful implementation.

• Collaborate with executive sponsors and functional leaders to establish program scope, success criteria, governance, sequencing, and ownership.

• Develop program plans, coordinate tasks among teams, and proactively manage dependencies, risks, and conflicting priorities.

• Enhance executive visibility by updating on progress, highlighting trade-offs, proposing actions, and ensuring team accountability while adjusting plans as priorities shift.

• Ensure programs yield significant business results, rather than merely completing project plans.

• Oversee a portfolio of simultaneous enterprise initiatives and assist leaders in balancing priorities, dependencies, and resources across the projects.

• Contribute to enhancing Prescryptive's delivery of critical initiatives by refining program management practices, coaching and mentoring fellow program managers, and improving the consistency and effectiveness of enterprise execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Over 10 years of experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs that achieve measurable business outcomes.

• Proven experience collaborating with senior leaders and executive sponsors to guide intricate, cross-functional initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, foster alignment, and drive execution across multiple teams.

• Strong program management capabilities, including planning, governance, risk and dependency management, and executive communication.

• Experienced in managing a portfolio of concurrent enterprise initiatives while balancing competing priorities.

• Background in a growth-stage company or a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.

• Experience leading enterprise technology, product, or business transformation initiatives.

• Excellent judgment and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting.

• Familiarity with using AI-enabled tools to enhance planning, analysis, communication, or execution effectiveness.
