Principal Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Management leadership to enhance field operations, ensuring that Sales Engineers and Architects receive the necessary support to effectively implement Proof of Value stages.

• Assist in the ideation and execution of product strategies related to the Zscaler platform and its core services (ZIA and ZPA).

• Collaborate with support leadership to deliver prompt assistance to major customers during escalations and the deployment of Zscaler services.

• Provide concise and clear reports on the status of deals and business to various stakeholders, including product and sales leadership.

• Actively participate with product and engineering teams to offer feedback on product evaluations and serve as a customer advocate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in managing a pre-sales team as a hands-on technical leader, or in a role as a Product Specialist or within outbound Product Management.

• Proven experience in a platform company, contributing to revenue growth and sustainability.

• Extensive knowledge of SWG, ZTNA, Proxies, Firewalls, VPN, and data path technologies.

• Strong understanding of authentication and identity protocols such as SAML, SCIM, etc.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while tracking engagement and activities using project management tools.
