This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee competitive intelligence and market research, converting insights from customers, competitors, and the industry into unique positioning and strategic guidance.
• Act as the subject matter authority on competitive trends, buyer priorities, market developments, and AI advancements, transforming insights into battlecards, executive summaries, and enablement initiatives that enhance seller confidence and increase win rates.
• Craft competitive narratives and messaging at the portfolio level that distinctly convey Outreach's unique advantages.
• Drive cross-functional projects that bolster Outreach's competitive stance and enhance go-to-market (GTM) effectiveness.
• Influence Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and executive teams regarding competitive priorities and market possibilities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders, leveraging data-driven insights to refine go-to-market strategies, content investments, and positioning.
• Keep track of market changes, competitive actions, and AI trends to pinpoint opportunities and risks that shape strategy.
• Represent Outreach among customers, analysts, and industry stakeholders as a leader in competitive strategy and market intelligence.
• Strategic and forward-thinking, with the capability to foresee market changes and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Inherently curious about customers, competitors, and new technologies, consistently exploring opportunities to enhance Outreach's market standing.
• A persuasive leader who fosters alignment and drives results across organizations without formal authority.
