Principal Product Manager – Virtualization Architect

📋 Description

• Takes the lead in developing and executing the comprehensive strategy and operational plan for KVM-based virtualization products.

• Establishes and promotes the value proposition for the virtualization platform.

• Integrates market insights and customer needs.

• Converts KVM/QEMU/libvirt engineering capabilities into actionable customer requirements and detailed product specifications.

• Supports key stakeholders throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in product management, engineering, or a similar technical position.

• Practical expertise in KVM, QEMU, libvirt, virtio, and associated ecosystem components.

• Extensive technical understanding of KVM hypervisor architecture, the virtual machine lifecycle, vCPU scheduling, and memory management.

• Knowledge of virtualization management and orchestration ecosystems.

• Strong financial insight and business acumen.
