• Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of the Cortex services portfolio, from initial concept through to launch and continuous optimization.
• Create, establish, and introduce lucrative service offerings for Customer Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
• Formulate detailed business cases for new service initiatives, including those powered by AI solutions.
• Spearhead the entire service introduction process from idea to launch, ensuring leadership approval and influencing stakeholders across various functions.
• Set and monitor key success metrics, employing a data-driven approach to foster ongoing enhancement and optimization of service offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree with over 8 years of experience in Services Product Management (or a Master’s degree with 6+ years; or a PhD with 3+ years).
• Proven track record of leading intricate cross-functional initiatives involving Product, GTM, Support, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
• Demonstrated capability to influence executive stakeholders and achieve alignment across multiple organizations in dynamic, matrixed settings.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities, capable of converting complex ideas into actionable business strategies for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
