This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and enhance the product vision that guides how members discover, comprehend, and utilize their benefits.
• Oversee the complete product roadmap for member-oriented benefits and enrollment features, which includes both member-facing and administrative elements.
• Create a unified source of truth for benefit content and configurations, integrating legacy data and behaviors into a cohesive model in collaboration with engineering and fellow PMs.
• Convert executive and client commitments into a detailed plan that highlights explicit tradeoffs, dependencies, and cut lines, maintaining its relevance as priorities evolve.
• Promote accuracy and efficiency in gathering benefit information from employers by collaborating with content management and implementation teams.
• Establish and implement success metrics for benefits, ranging from task completion for "find what's covered" to OE error rates and digital ID card usage.
• Collaborate with client implementation, clinical operations, and support leadership to ensure engineering timelines accommodate training, UAT, and change management prior to launch.
• Deliver significant enhancements on a rapid, iterative schedule.
• Represent benefits in executive and cross-functional meetings with clear narratives, options, and recommendations.
• Over 10 years of product management experience, with substantial time spent as a Senior or Lead PM managing complex, multi-team products or platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare benefits and data, including eligibility, plans and designs, accumulators/deductibles/OOP max, ID cards, coverage rules, and claims data, and their manifestation in member-facing experiences.
• Proven success in delivering both internal and external product experiences in a B2B2C or enterprise SaaS setting, emphasizing reliability, accuracy, and configuration flexibility.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-organizational, cross-platform initiatives that span multiple applications, services, or interfaces with fixed external deadlines and real operational impacts.
• Strong product intuition: capable of translating complex benefit and platform constraints into user flows that feel straightforward and reliable for members.
• Outstanding communication and influence abilities — effective with engineers, designers, clinical leaders, client teams, and executives alike.
• Naturally inquisitive individuals who enjoy exploring how things function and seeking opportunities for improvement.
• A humble disposition and a talent for addressing challenging problems.
• Experience in startup settings is advantageous!
