Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive H3 discovery process—defining the jobs-to-be-done (JTBD), creating prototypes, and overseeing low-fidelity experiments.

• Partner with your Engineering colleague to release weekly "sketchy V0s" and fake-door experiments, focusing on speed of validated learning instead of scalable V1s.

• Engage with target users, alpha participants, and niche industry cases consistently. Cultivate deep qualitative empathy to identify hidden human needs from actual workflows, rather than just feature requests.

• Maintain a rigorous focus on a defined sequence of metrics before addressing delivery economics or monetization strategies.

• Systematically assess data points from weekly probes to confidently recommend "Persevere, Pivot, or Kill" decisions—viewing a swift, low-cost "Kill" as a significant achievement.

• Keep a concentrated emphasis on radical innovation, actively identifying and dismissing ideas that are merely incremental improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Engineering Background: You have the ability to read code, understand technical architecture, and collaborate as an equal with engineering partners.

• 0-to-1 Product Experience: A demonstrated history of transforming raw concepts into early product-market fit, conducting discovery, and converting qualitative insights into prompt execution.

• Proficiency in Agentic AI: You utilize contemporary AI tools daily (e.g., Cursor agents, LLM orchestration) and view AI as a fundamental building block for product development.

• Strong Design Sense: Excellent product intuition and design skills. You can independently create mid-fidelity prototypes when necessary without a designer.

• Core Data Analysis Expertise: Outstanding capability to analyze fragmented usage data, behavioral metrics, and qualitative research to derive rapid insights.

• Process and Workflow Encoding: Skilled in deconstructing complex, friction-laden global industries into their core elements and translating those processes into digital products.

• Extreme Ownership and Agility: You take initiative, excel in uncharted environments, and possess a high tolerance for ambiguity.
