📋 Description

• Oversee the formulation and implementation of our product strategy, ensuring our offerings align with customer requirements and foster significant business growth.

• Engage in high-level discussions and decisions, serving as the representative voice for both the product and the customer.

• Recognize and assess opportunities to integrate AI/ML capabilities into products and internal processes, ensuring responsible, ethical, and impactful execution.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Keep abreast of developments in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, and convert those insights into actionable product opportunities.

• Establish and prioritize product requirements based on market trends, customer insights, and business goals.

• Create and sustain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities and guide product decisions.

• Track product performance metrics and KPIs, making data-informed decisions to enhance the product.

• Specify product features and user stories, ensuring comprehensive documentation and communication to the development team.

• Work together with cross-functional teams (including development, UI/UX design, marketing, and sales) to guarantee that product requirements are comprehended and fulfilled.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product management at a senior level, with a proven history of delivering products that satisfy customer needs and meet business objectives.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Proven capability to lead and mentor product management teams.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar, along with the aptitude to apply them effectively in problem-solving, analysis, or product development workflows.

• A blend of technical, strategic, communication, and leadership skills, complemented by a customer-focused mindset and robust business acumen is essential.

• Strong grasp of product development best practices, including product roadmap formulation, user story development, and Agile methodologies.

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
