Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of our technology platform and service offerings within the cyber ecosystem.

• This position calls for an experienced product professional with a deep background in cybersecurity defensive and governance solutions, as well as a comprehensive understanding of emerging industry use cases and the influence of AI on the cybersecurity field. The role will be instrumental in defining and evolving capabilities that meet essential customer needs across various market segments while promoting innovative strategies for modern cyber defense.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in defining and developing offerings for cyber defenders, CISOs, or both – preferably including managed services or consulting services.

• In-depth knowledge of at least two of the following areas:

• o Offensive Security / Penetration Testing

• o SIEM and Security Data Lakes

• o Cloud Security (CNAPP, CSPM)

• o Endpoint Detection and Response

• o Network Detection and Response

• o Vulnerability Management

• o Application Security

• o Threat Exposure Management

• o Continuous Controls Monitoring

• Proven expertise in defining and guiding requirements throughout the software and service development life cycles.

• A history of successfully launching new offerings to market that set or elevate industry standards.

• The ability to discern when to “push” and “pull” to ensure consistent, repeatable, high-quality results from the teams you lead.

• Demonstrated capacity to cultivate relationships that encourage collaborative efforts across all organizational facets.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of addressing both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
