• Take full ownership of a new product line centered around AI and computer vision capabilities.
• Establish the vision, make difficult trade-offs, and drive results across engineering, data, design, and external partners.
• Define and manage product line KPIs, including accuracy benchmarks, processing latency, content coverage, and downstream product adoption.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to create a sport-agnostic game data model.
• Assess new computer vision capabilities, such as object detection and automated highlight segmentation.
• Develop the operational framework for the product line as it expands.
• Oversee the overall health of the product, identifying risks early, managing dependencies, and fostering transparency.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or a leadership role guiding complex cross-team initiatives from start to finish.

• Experience managing external partner relationships at a strategic level, shaping integration contracts, ensuring accountability, and effectively escalating issues.
• Exceptional communication skills, including concise product writing, a strong executive presence, and the capability to foster alignment between technical and non-technical audiences.
• High tolerance for ambiguity, with a demonstrated ability to create structure and momentum in early-stage problem areas.
• Preferred qualifications include:
• Experience with live video streaming infrastructure or media processing pipelines (encoding, segmentation, metadata extraction).
• Familiarity with computer vision capabilities applicable to sports (object tracking, OCR, scene segmentation, highlight detection).
• Background in sports media, sports data, or related fields (prep sports, broadcast, sports tech).
• Exposure to modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, Hightouch) and event-driven data architectures.
• Experience working with external sports data platforms (MaxPreps, NCAA data feeds, or similar) as data sources or integration targets.
• Multiple medical insurance plans available for selection.
• Dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
• Employee Emergency Fund.
• Company equity (stock options).
• Open PTO policy.
