This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop the product strategy and oversee the roadmap for Snowplow's analytics solutions, which include data model packs and innovative semantic layer / agentic analytics features.
• Lead the transformation of our data model packs from batch processing to a real-time streaming engine, allowing journey analytics to be calculated in-stream rather than with delays.
• Establish and publish Snowplow's digital journey ontology, serving as the semantic foundation for our packs, interfaces, and agent integrations.
• Articulate our perspective on how customers and their AI agents should interact with and analyze behavioral data, prioritizing the roadmap accordingly.
• Oversee our methodology for differentiating between human and AI agent traffic, which is becoming increasingly crucial for reliable analytics as agentic traffic expands.
• Make and justify decisions regarding build versus partnership within the broader data and AI ecosystem (including warehouse platforms, semantic layer standards, and natural-language analytics tools).
• Collaborate with engineering and product marketing to transition initiatives from concept stages to fully shipped and adopted products.
• Work across departments with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure this portion of the product is effectively positioned, comprehensible, and easy to market.
• Represent this product line externally to customers, prospects, and technology partners.
• Clearly communicate strategy to company leadership, translating complex product considerations into concise, actionable materials.
• Demonstrated product management experience, with a history of building and scaling a commercial product offering aimed at external customers, rather than solely internal tools or platforms.
• A background in product analytics: an individual who has developed or enhanced a product analytics offering and possesses insights into the future direction of the category, especially regarding natural-language / agentic data interfaces.
• Proven capability to function as a single-threaded owner without direct reports; you achieve results through influence, clarity, and credibility rather than by managing a team.
• Comfort in making and defending build/partner decisions within warehouse-native ecosystems (such as Databricks Genie, Snowflake Cortex, dbt, Unity Catalog) and open semantic standards (like Apache Ossie).
• Strong technical understanding: you can engage deeply with semantic layers, data modeling, and enrichment pipelines to have meaningful discussions with engineering, without needing to manage the implementation.
• A history of converting unclear, multi-workstream backlogs into a cohesive strategy: this role begins with several active workstreams and lacks a unifying plan.
• Executive presence: you can enter a leadership or board meeting and convey your points simply, directly, and with a clear recommendation.
• Meaningful equity stake
• Competitive Base Salary
• Flexible working
• Generous PTO
• Private Medical Insurance
• Company Pension
• MacBook and home office equipment allowance
• Enhanced Family leave
