This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of capabilities for the Agentic AI platform.
• Establish and advance critical capabilities for the AI platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, security, and product teams to develop scalable functionalities.
• Assume responsibility for the product strategy regarding how agents respond to inquiries, assist users, and perform actions.
• Work alongside business product teams to recognize and prioritize high-value agentic use cases.
• Promote a platform-centric approach for AI by developing reusable patterns and shared capabilities.
• Set requirements for AI quality and evaluation.
• Collaborate to ensure that agentic actions adhere to proper authentication and authorization protocols.
• Foster a developer-focused approach for AI platform services.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance discovery, analysis, and documentation processes.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and collect requirements.
• Drive key performance indicators that reflect the real-world impact of AI and the platform.
• Over 15 years of experience in product management.
• Profound understanding of AI, LLMs, agents, tools, workflows, automation, and orchestration.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation techniques such as golden datasets, test suites, and trace analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms, SaaS business models, microservices, and serverless computing.
• Strong platform mindset with experience in creating reusable capabilities, standards, and interfaces.
• Capability to develop platform services with a focus on developers' needs.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
• Proven ability to work closely with internal customers.
• Exceptional skills in managing and prioritizing requirements.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with immediate objectives.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in crafting clear PRDs, strategy documents, and product briefs.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking.
• Proficient in defining and monitoring KPIs and metrics.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Solid technical foundation, ideally with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
