Principal Product Manager – Agent-First

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the customer-facing AI experience from start to finish.

• Instill a sense of trustworthiness in the AI for small business owners.

• Identify the appropriate leading indicators for measuring success.

• Collaborate across product surfaces for effective coordination.

• Hold strong views on AI user experience and its various applications.

• Leverage AI to build and iterate at a rapid pace.

• Effectively communicate roadmaps and trade-offs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in product management, with at least one specific example of developing a 0-to-1 product.

• Deeply knowledgeable about AI, with experience in delivering LLM-powered features.

• Proven experience in building agentic systems.

• Strong understanding of AI user experience, with clear opinions on AI visibility and actions.

• Metrics-oriented while remaining aware of the broader context.

• Highly focused on customer needs, particularly those of small business owners.

• A proactive approach with a preference for direct communication.
