• Assume responsibility for the product roadmap in this new domain: assess what has been outlined, rigorously test the assumptions, and refine the plan based on insights gained.
• Define and manage the complete user experience across two interconnected groups: one that is consumer-oriented and another that is operator-oriented.
• Determine where AI-powered automation can minimize friction and enhance results for both user groups, and develop those capabilities in a manner that fosters trust.
• Navigate a complex integration environment, collaborating with third-party platforms and data sources that are integral to the market's functioning.
• Carry out thorough discovery by engaging closely with end users and operators, refining the problem definition while collaborating with Design and Engineering on the solution.
• Establish relevant metrics and hold yourself accountable for achieving them.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management with a proven history of guiding products from conception to market, including the ability to enhance early-stage initiatives.
• Fluency in funnels and conversions: you think in terms of acquisition, activation, and drop-off. You can pinpoint where a journey falters and understand what it takes to rectify it.
• Strong consumer UX instincts for critical decision-making: you recognize that some experiences demand more than just usability; they require trust, clarity, and confidence at every stage.
• Extensive knowledge of AI-driven communication and workflow automation: you comprehend where these systems add value, where they introduce risks, and how to implement them responsibly in products where real people make real decisions.
• Familiarity with B2B2C models: you have experience creating products where the end user and buyer are distinct, and you know how to cater to both without compromising either side.
• Integration expertise: you have successfully navigated complex third-party ecosystems and understand the product trade-offs associated with relying on external platforms and data.
• AI-native mindset: you approach product challenges by considering how intelligent systems can enhance the user experience, rather than treating AI as an afterthought. You stay informed about the technology's capabilities and incorporate that knowledge into discovery, design, and prioritization discussions.
• A builder’s mentality: you don’t merely create specifications and pass them along. You prototype, experiment, and utilize available tools to rapidly explore ideas while ensuring a feedback loop between what you request from engineering and its actual implementation.
• Exceptional communication skills: you can influence across engineering, design, marketing, and leadership. You write effectively, present ideas clearly, and earn trust without authority.
